Program Overview

The ELOP After School Clubs program at Irvine International Academy provides a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for students in Kindergarten through 6th grade.

Our goal is to offer students meaningful activities that extend learning beyond the school day while supporting their academic growth, creativity, and social development.

The program runs daily until 4:30 PM, giving families reliable after-school care combined with high quality enrichment opportunities. ________________________________

Academic Support

Homework Club (Most Popular Program)

Our Homework Club is the highest-demand offering within ELOP. Students receive:

• Dedicated homework time
• Academic guidance and support
• Assistance from credentialed teachers and instructional aides
• A quiet and structured work environment

This ensures students stay on track academically while enjoying some extra time with their peers. ________________________________

Enrichment Clubs

We proudly offer a variety of enrichment opportunities to expand students’ interests and talents:

Math Club

• Problem solving challenges
• Critical thinking development
• Fun, hands-on math activities

Our Staff

 

All ELOP staff members are part of the Irvine International Academy school-day team. Whether they are classroom

teachers or instructional aides (IA’s), our staff already know and support our students during the school day.

• A seamless transition from school day to after-school program
• High quality academic support

 

 

Strategic Kids

IIA partners with Strategic Kids to provide a variety of enrichment classes that include a choice of options including Chess, Clay Art, Lego, Spanish, and Mandarin classes. These classes do have a fee associated with them with the classes rotating every 10-12 weeks. You can find updated information and registration here.

 

 

YMCA

IIA also partners with YMCA to provide before and after school childcare options as well as an on-site summer camp. YMCA also provides ELOP programs to our TK students.  YMCA runs their programs independent of IIA and there are fees associated with them (with the exception of TK ELOP).
