Character Traits

The mission of the monthly recognition program is to reinforce our core 3 expectations: be safe, be respectful, and be responsible, to be ready to learn through sustainable character education in our school. Our goal is to recognize students that exemplify the IIA monthly character traits (patience, perseverance, kindness, dedication, generosity, politeness, creativity, leadership, and honesty). Monthly student nominees will be decided on by grade-level teams and will be awarded during a school assembly to be held on the second Friday of every month.
